I just had my first interview for the hydrovac company. My next interview with the owner of the company should be later this week. I am cautiously optimistic, I feel like I most likely got the engineering design job in the bag, but my current lack of leadership experience puts the managerial position a little out of my reach. If I get manager position it will probably be because nobody with more leadership experience applied.

It's a Canadian thing. I am sure hydrovac is different, but hydro vac reminds me of this.
